Responsibilities:
Assists with registering, orienting and maintaining new caregivers.
Coordinating care through scheduling.
Assures clients are receiving care timely and appropriately.
Maintains AHCA and Preferred Private Care policies and procedures.
Provides excellent customer service to both clients and caregivers.
Any other duties, as assigned by Executive Staff.
Qualifications:
High-school diploma/GED required.
CNA or HHA Preferred.
Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
Excellent attendance record.
Bilingual is a plus but not required (English/Spanish).
Reliable and professional with a proven track record of good attendance.
Strong attention to detail, and excellent time management.
Good communication and organization skills.
Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem-solve accordingly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well with a team.
Must have a positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor.
Office hours are Monday-Friday:
8:
00 AM - 4:
30 PM plus on-call rotation once a month.
