ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Injection Molding Department Set up, processing and shut down of 6 BOY injection molding machines.
Responsible for processing to ensure machines are producing quality parts.
Work with Quality Control Dept.
to ensure parts meet specifications.
Troubleshoot on injection molding machines when part defects arise.
Inspect and service molds as needed before, during, and after production run.
Record data on injection molding machines.
Remove mold from injection molding machine when quantity ends.
Operate grinders and auxiliary equipment.
Maintain clean production floor.
Assist machine tenders on production floor.
Operate in a professional team environment.
Stamping Press Department Set up, operation, and shut down of stamping press as needed.
Responsible for proper operation to ensure press is producing quality parts Work with Quality Control Dept.
to ensure parts meet specifications Trouble shoot on stamping press when part defects arise.
Inspect and service die and tooling as needed before, during, and after production run.
Record data on stamping press.
Tablet Press Department Set up, operation, and shut down of tablet press as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS 2
years of experience working on injection molding machines Previous experience in machinery operations, industrial mechanics or training and experience from military or technical school Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be able to pass background check Must be able to work independently Punctual, meticulous, and reliable Reports to:
Production Manager
