00am - 7PM, alternate Saturdays 9-5 Benefits Provided- Healthcare, 401k, PTO, Employee Discounts on Services/Products Our Front Desk Patient Coordinators are responsible for:
Bi-lingual, English - Spanish a plus Enthusiastically greeting and checking patients in/out Accurately scheduling patients for all of their aesthetic needs (Botox/Dysport, Derma Fillers, CoolSculpting, SculpSure, Laser Hair Removal, and Laser services) Working diligently to ensure the accurate and efficient utilization of scheduling software Upselling medical grade skin care products & services (extensive and on-going training provided) Maintaining the appearance of the facility Mentoring team members Coordinators will be trained if not aware of Medical Assisting tasks, taking photos and numbing patients.
Our best team members are engaged and interested in long term careers in the Aesthetics field.
If you are in school as an esthetician or a recent graduate you may be a good fit.
Full Time & Part Time - Part Time Employees must be available alternate Saturdays.

years of continuous employment in a Medical Office environment or 2 years Professional Office Environment Must be proficient using a Computer for Office applications.
Must be computer literate and willing to learn new programs.
Knowledge of electronic scheduling programs and CRM experience is a plus.
Will work within a team and autonomously.
Must be articulate, and have the ability to convey ideas, protocols, procedures as well as other information.
Dermatology or Aesthetics a plus.
