This position requires that you drive to the same two assigned warehouses 5 days/week for cleaning.
COMPENSATION:
$15/hour (plus mileage stipend) Get paid weekly.
20 hours of total weekly pay (Two hours of cleaning per day at each of the two warehouses for a total of 4 hours of cleaning per day.

one is in Vero Beach and the other warehouse is in Port St.

Assigned to two warehouses (one in Port St.
Lucie and one in Vero Beach) that require cleaning 5 days/week.
The two warehouses are about 36 minutes from each other.
(Mileage stipend provided) WAREHOUSE CLEANING DUTIES:
Clean and disinfect bathrooms (To include floors and fixtures (dispensers, knobs, handles, pipe under the sink, urinal wall divider(s), toilet stall wall divider, metal railing that sits above the toilet stall wall divider, etc.
).
Keep paper and soap dispensers full.
Dispenser key should be hanging on nail above the restroom door.
Clean surfaces of counters, file cabinets, etc.
(includes drivers' area counters) Disinfect other surfaces.
Empty and re-bag all trash cans.
(Clean trash can is needed.
) Clean water fountain (including the sides and underneath the water fountain) Sweep and mop offices and drivers room area.
(Remove tar, gum, scuffs, etc.
) Clean door glass inside and outside (if applicable).
Gather empties and make sure that they are stacked correctly.
Also, make sure that the warehouse is swept, and trash picked up.
Parking lot:
Pick up trash, bottles, cans, etc.
) (At least three times per week.
) Knock down spider webs from ceilings and walls at least once per week.
Break down empty boxes.
Make sure all warehouse doors are secure.
(All roll-up doors and pedestrian doors are latched and /or locked.
Keep chemicals and supplies secured.
(Keep locked in office, mop closet, or other area.
