Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Administer medication and monitor vital signs under the direction of a registered nurse Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings Document patient progress and report any changes to the nurse Adhere to all safety and health regulations Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required Minimum of 1 year experience as an HHA, nursing assistant, or similar role Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and families Must have a reliable means of transportation and valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
