As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities, managing our recruitment and onboarding processes, facilitating the execution of real estate transactions, and supporting our property disposition process.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently manage emails and the company's calendar.
- Act as liaison with our vendors.
- Streamline hiring process and managing multiple hiring platforms.
- Conduct thorough interviews/assessments, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit.
- Oversee onboarding process.
- Facilitate signing and processing of agreements with sellers and buyers.
- Collaborate with title companies to track deal progress and expedite closing dates.
- Provide proactive support to sellers and assist buyers throughout the title process.
- Meticulously document HUDs and closing statements for accurate records.
- Execute effective email and text campaigns for properties in disposition.
- Engage with potential investors and maintain a buyer database for efficient follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- 2
years of Admin experience.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- People/relationships focus, with effective communication skills.
- Being able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A strong sense for problem solving and able to perform well under pressure.
