We are seeking a passionate, driven, and dynamic team player to join our team in Port St Lucie, Florida.
Position
Summary:
As a retail sales associate for The Leaf, you will work directly with customers to assist and educate them on cannabis products.
You will act as an ambassador for the brand by displaying impeccable knowledge and presentation of the products and delivering the highest quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Be an agile aspiring CBD/Cannabis expert.
You supply the passion, we will provide the training, and you share it with the customer.
Providing excellent customer service to all who enter the store.
Responding to customer inquiries and creating solutions by listening to their needs, guiding them, and educating them on the products.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the cannabis plant and CBD products Assisting with inventory management Maintaining a clean and presentable store and sales area to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
Ability to work well with a team Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business Accurately preform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures Position Hours:
Position is full-time (30-40 hours per week) Part-Time positions available as well The position will require working on weekends and holidays The rate is $16-$18 based on experience
