Living Waters Wellness offers chiropractic care, physical therapy, non-surgical spinal decompression, Class IV laser, and other non-drug/non-surgical modalities treating pain, injury/trauma and wellness patients.

Our founder, Dr.
Brett Schoch, has practiced chiropractic for nearly 20 years, mostly working for several other busy offices in the Treasure Coast area.
When he finally decided to open his own office, he refused to open just another chiropractic and massage therapy office in the area - he set out with one intention:
to open the BEST pain and wellness office on the Treasure Coast! We believe honoring Christ through what we do, serving others, and truly loving others is what makes us unique.
We also are unique in that once a diagnosis is established, we offer and recommend a comprehensive package of care to fully treat the root cause of the symptoms a patient presents with, thus not just treating the symptom.
This comprehensive care will typically include chiropractic, massage, nutrition and some of the other cutting-edge therapies we offer in the clinic, as well as at-home therapies, supports and protocols.
We are looking for an energetic Front Desk Rockstar who shares the same values, and can see our vision and purpose, and join forces with us in our path to expand! Hours will be set according to our clinic times.
Base salary plus productivity bonus offered (once satisfactory completion of a 90-day probationary period).
The valuable final product (what you PRODUCE) of the FDR is Patient Visits.
These are both new patients to the office, and existing patients completing their treatment plans.
You will be expected to OWN the schedule! It's your responsibility! You MUST have good phone etiquette, and a pleasant personality! Being an effective communicator, solution oriented, and highly empathetic are musts for this position! Being willing to be trained, and coachable are musts for this position! Qualified candidates should have:

The ability to multi-task and accomplish multiple targets:
tracking stats is a vital part of this position (PV and OTC collections are FD stats).

Answering the phone following LWW phone scripting (training provided) Routing Officer:
taking patient from the new patient incoming call to scheduling, showing up for appt & checking in for Day 1, then scheduling, showing up for appt & checking in for Day 2 - Existing patient check-in & routing to therapies - Setting up new patient for referral with Imaging Facility Patient education (Day 1 & Day 2 Pamphlets) Liaises with billing and case manager to capture all necessary insurance benefits, and insurance verification (training will be provided).
Responding to patient emails and texts (training will be provided) Packaging and sending New Patient welcome letters/packets and Welcome Bags Knowledge of Review Wave as an invaluable tool for patient communication, both texting and emails - (online and in-person training will be provided) Knowledge of ChiroTouch and all various aspects of, including CT InTouch and CT InTake (online and in-person training will be provided) The secondary/backup Front desk and CA duties of this post are:
Checking patients out Medical records scanning and routing Liaising with Case manager/office manager and Dr on patient compliance Assisting in setting up and taking off various physiotherapy modalities (training will be provided).
The tertiary Marketer duties of this post are:
Converting new leads (calls/walk-ins/chat-ins from website/texts/emails) into Qualified New Patient (Qualified New Patient will be defined) Consults/Exams In-office marketing and promotions (monthly referral games, monthly office decorations, etc) We TRY to have fun! Obtaining patient testimonials (written, video, etc) and taking Polaroid picture for Success Board
