Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed HealthCare Insurance Representatives, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concernsHandle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiriesProvide excellent customer service through active listeningWork with confidential customer information and treat it sensitivelyAim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understandingAppropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if neededIdentify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms, assisting the customer with the correct price planCompassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planningWe're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
