JOB DESCRIPTION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Consistently lead and drive a positive call center culture. Assist in the representative hiring process. Performs other duties as assigned by the manager. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree and or two years overall call center experience and 1 year supervisory experience preferably in a call center environment Must have at least 6 months experience handling escalated member/client issues Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
