- 02B9U - Description As the Operations Manager you ensure our customers consistently experience a smooth-running store.
You oversee all aspects of the operational strategies to meet and exceed company expectations and maximize sales and profitability.
You ensure operational excellence and follow all company-defined processes and practices.
At your core, you believe that everything we do is for the customer and you lead the Logistics Sellebrities to do the same through execution of practices for markdowns, signing, marketing and facilities.

You love being part of a winning team; you bring your energy to work every day and are personally invested in Old Navys success Functional Responsibilities Effective talent selection, training, coaching, motivating and recognizing Communicates performance issues to the ASM-Service and Operations and/or Store Manager Sets, monitors, follows up on productivity goals for all Logistics Sellebrities Ensures service, merchandising, and operational standards are met through company- defined practices and processes Monitors, maintains and follows company policies and procedures Accountable for a safe store environment where all Sellebrities actively prevent loss and minimize risk Accountable for meeting store compliance audit requirements Performs additional managerial duties as necessary.
Functional Responsibilities Drives execution of the tasks for markdowns, signage, marketing and facilities through the Pricing Specialist Ensures areas of ownership are in compliance with productivity goals and company standards Maintains pricing and marketing accuracy Coaches team while working shoulder-to-shoulder with them to meet company productivity standards Ensures productivity goals are met while adhering to company-defined practices and processes Manages activities related to Sellebrities including hiring administration Supports the team and processes by ensuring that tools and equipment are readily available and conducts follow-up on preventative care and scheduled maintenance Manages supply and maintenance expenses, store issues, and open tickets with Facility Services Ensures consistent execution of damages and defectives, mismates sell & destroy policy Qualifications Requirements Passionate about:

Ability to:
think creatively, embrace and lead change, and deal with ambiguity Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent desired College degree or equivalent work experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, work with/around cleaning chemicals and lift and carry 50 lbs Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts Opens and closes the store in accordance with company standards US-FL-JENSEN BEACH Full-time OLD NAVY - Store Leadership Source:
