Maintenance Engineering Supervisor - Pepsico Inc (fortpierce, FL)
Develop and manage plant projects to completion, meeting success criteria.
Successful integration of electrical and automation scope for all plant projects in Ft.

Meet plant sustainability performance goals as defined each year.
Lead the effort to reduce plant downtime due to electrical, automation and network infrastructure issues as measured by TE tracking.

Develop and manage capital projects and review Electrical and Utility scope for projects managed by others.
Must integrate externally generated projects into plant infrastructure effectively.
2.
Support the all plant technical operations to keep all plant electrical and automation systems operating effectively.
Lead programming and automation improvement efforts.
3.
Take a major ownership role in maintaining the effectiveness of the plant power and utility systems, process and packaging control systems, plant network and communication systems.
Must work with internal and external resources to keep these systems current and working effectively.
4.
Lead teams to solve chronic plant problems across the site and to define and implement focused improvement efforts.
Must lead the plant electrical and instrumentation teams when senior resource is not available.
5.
Lead major plant projects and efforts for resource conservation and sustainability.
7.
Administer company policies, contracts and procedures with regard to capital projects.
9.
Take an ownership role for plant automation and network infrastructure.
Work with PepsiCo BIS resources to maintain effectiveness of plant systems.
Engineering Teams :
Lead and participate on Project Teams, Focused Improvement Teams, Strategic Teams.
Interface with corporate Engineering and Technical resources on major projects and activities.
PAB Network :
Collaborate with colleagues in other facilities to optimize performance and insure shared best practices.
Interface with corporate resources such as BIS and Corporate Engineering.
Infrastructure Management :
Regular interface with vendor resources and consultants to resolve critical plant issues and to develop improvement opportunities.
