Summary:
Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing customer training on operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting.
Checks the auditing and field work done by contractors and in-house technicians for quality and completion.

- Troubleshoots equipment and network problems; removes and replaces defective modules; tracks spares and ensures repair.
